Will GC POS be an improvement over Square?
Yes, this will be a major improvement over Square. The tight relationship between orders, products, and customers to the online store will make for a seamless experience.
Will this work with Stripe?
Yes, this is fully integrated with Stripe payments.
Can we print receipts?
Not currently, but we do plan to add a receipt printing option.
Will this work without an internet connection?
No, the POS is designed to work with a stable internet connection.
Can we fulfill online orders?
Not currently, but we plan to add functionality to pull up online orders to complete on the POS in the near future.
Can you use this with multiple locations?
Yes, you can select the location in the checkout screen. The following transactions will keep the selected location until it is changed, and allows for other devices to utilize other locations simultaneously.
Can gift cards/store credit be used?
No customers cannot currently use gift cards or store credit.
What kind of hardware/software is required to run this system?
