The Product Reviews feature allows signed-in customers to leave reviews on product pages while giving site administrators full control over which reviews are displayed.
Enable Product Reviews
- Contact support@grazecart.com and request that Product Reviews be added to your site.
- Once enabled by GrazeCart, go to Apps in the Admin Dashboard.
- Install and enable the Product Reviews app.
Customer Experience
After Product Reviews is enabled:
- Customers can submit a rating and review directly from product pages.
- Customers must be signed in to leave a review.
- New reviews are not displayed publicly until approved by an administrator.
Managing Reviews
Navigate to Products → Product Reviews to moderate submitted reviews.
When a new review is submitted:
- A red notification badge appears next to Products and Product Reviews.
- The review will appear in the Pending tab.
Available Actions

Changing Review Status
- To remove an approved review from display, locate it in the Approved or All tab and select Reject.
- To restore a rejected review, locate it in the All tab and select Approve.
Review Tabs
- Pending – Reviews awaiting moderation.
- Approved – Reviews currently displayed on product pages.
- All – All reviews and their statuses.
