Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
- Access to your GrazeCart Admin account
- Your Stripe WisePOS E reader powered on and connected to the internet
- Physical access to the reader
Step 1: Open GrazeCart POS
- Log in to your GrazeCart Admin portal.
- Navigate to Apps > GrazeCart POS (Beta).
- Select Go to App.
- Sign in using your GrazeCart administrator credentials if prompted.
Step 2: Start the Device Pairing Process
- In GrazeCart POS, select Setup.
- Click Add Device.
Leave this screen open while you generate a new pairing code on the reader.
Step 3: Generate a New Pairing Code on the Reader
- On the WisePOS E reader, swipe from left to right across the screen to open the settings drawer.
- Select Settings.
When prompted, enter the admin code:
07139
- Select Generate New Pairing Code.
- The reader will display a registration code.
Step 4: Pair the Reader in GrazeCart POS
- Return to the Add Device screen in GrazeCart POS.
- In the Label field, enter a name for the reader (for example, "Front Counter" or "Farm Store Register").
- Select WisePOS E as the device type.
- Enter the registration code displayed on the reader into the Registration Code field.
- Click Continue.
Step 5: Confirm Successful Pairing
After completing the pairing process, a green success message will appear in the upper-right corner of the screen confirming that the reader has been successfully connected.
You're Ready to Start Selling
Navigate to Sell within GrazeCart POS and begin processing customer transactions.
Your WisePOS E reader is now paired to your GrazeCart POS account and ready to accept payments.
