Once enabled:

  1. Select a Delivery Schedule

    • View all pickup locations assigned to that schedule.

    • Organize schedules so all locations for a specific delivery day are grouped together.

  2. Manage Pickup Locations

    • Get directions to each stop via Google Maps.

    • View a list of orders for each location.

    • Identify new customers at a glance.

    • See total box counts (frozen vs. fresh) for quick load checks.

    • Track unpaid orders and process payments on-site.

  3. Order Management

    • Tap an order to view customer info and order details.

    • Leave notes (e.g. "Customer no-show") for team visibility.

    • Flag orders for follow-up.

    • Add or update payment cards, retry card payments, or manually mark orders as paid.

  4. Pickup Check-In

    • Check customers off as they pick up their orders.

    • Orders are automatically updated to β€˜picked up’ status in your system.
