CSV Exports are extremely helpful when you need to integrate orders or data into other helpful resources, like mail services, routing software, and accounting software. While you cannot modify the fields available for your export, there are many different reports to choose from and fields to filter by in each.
The three places you can access a CSV Export are Orders, Customers, Reports. Each of these areas work essentially the same way so I will explain Orders in this document.
Step 1: In the backend of GrazeCart, go to Orders
Step 2: Select the Filter Orders button on the left
Step 3: At the bottom of the filter window, there is a Small Cloud select it
Step 4: Once you have selected the Cloud icon, a window will appear that will allow you to name your file and choose format.
Step 5: Select Save and your file will download to your desktop
