🛒 How the Ordering Process Works in GrazeCart
This guide walks you through the customer experience when placing an order using GrazeCart, from creating an account to checking out.
1️⃣ Creating an Account

Step 1: Enter your zip code to check if your area is serviceable for delivery or pickup. GrazeCart will pull up available pickup locations within radius set in Settings > Customers of your zip code.

Step 2: Provide essential details: your email, password, first name, and last name. After signing up, you’ll be logged in, and a confirmation email will be sent.
2️⃣ Browsing and Adding Items to Cart

GrazeCart displays product availability and details like sale prices, inventory status, and weight-based pricing for products like pork chops.

When an item is sold out, it won’t be added to the cart, and sale prices are clearly marked.

Customers can see pickup location options and the next available pickup date.
3️⃣ Customizing Delivery/Pickup

Customers can change the delivery method or pickup location at any time by entering a new zip code.

Delivery information (e.g., available dates) is pulled in real-time based on the selected location.

Focused Checkout: GrazeCart minimizes distractions during checkout by removing the main menu.

Required Fields: Customers enter their contact info, and if saved, it can be pre-filled for future orders.

Payment Options: If enabled, customers can pay via credit card or pay on pickup.
