Update your Billing Information

  1. Login to your GrazeCart admin with the owner account and navigate to the name in the bottom left / Account Settings / Payment Method (The account menu is located in the bottom left-hand corner of the admin taskbar under the owner's name.)
  2.  Enter your updated credit card information and hit 'Update Payment Method'.
  3. Your card should now be updated!

Please note that this does not charge your card immediately, if the subscription is past due (14 Days) GrazeCart would need to manually charge the card, otherwise when within the 14 day window an automatic attempt would occur 8-9 times.
