Managing admin notifications

There are a number of notifications that can alert you when certain events take place. Listed below are the different notifications:

New Order Notification
This notification will be sent to you whenever a customer places an order, and will contain some basic order information with a link to view the order in GrazeCart.

Order Comment Notification
This notification will be sent when a customer adds notes to their order during checkout, and will contain the notes along with a link to view the order.

Order Cancellation Notification
This notification will be sent when a customer cancels their order, and will contain basic info about the order with a link to view more.

Proposal Notification
This notification will be sent when someone fills out the Pickup Proposal form, and will contain basic info about the proposal with a link to view more.

Contact Form Notification
This notification will be sent when someone submits the contact form.

All contact form notifications will be sent to the email address you set under Settings / Email & Notifications in addition to any admins that elect to receive it .

Enabling Admin Notifications
By default, admin notifications will be sent to the main email address set under Settings / Email & Notifications.

Each admin can also have their own notification preferences. This can be set under My Account / Notifications.
