Offering free delivery

Offering your customers free delivery when they order over a certain amount is a great way to encourage larger order. Because fees are set up on a per-location basis, we can even limit free delivery to certain locations. Let's walk through an example on how to set this up.

In the example photo below, the order will be charged 50 cents per pound, but once the order's total reaches $100.00 then the order fee will be $0.00.

We accomplish this by first setting Cap Delivery Fee to Yes, then setting the Cap Threshold to 100.00 and the Capped Delivery Fee Total to 0.00. Once the order meets the Cap Threshold the total delivery fee will be overridden by the value of Capped Delivery Fee Total.
